Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is mainly within Germany and Europe. Shipping costs are flat rates and include statutory VAT. We charge no shipping costs for orders over 45 EUR (within Germany).

• Domestic delivery (Germany), insured, with tracking, duration approx. 2-5 business days: €5.00
• Domestic mail (Germany), uninsured, with tracking, duration approx. 3-6 business days: €3.85
• International delivery, insured, with tracking, duration approx. 4-12 business days: €15.99
• Voucher (sent via email), processing time approx. 1-24 hours (on business days): free

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 2 - 5 days, and international deliveries will be made within 5 - 10 days after contract conclusion (in the case of prepayment, after the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries do not occur on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time you ordered.

For in-store pickup, we will notify you by email or phone about the availability of the goods and pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
