The Muslim population in Europe is constantly increasing - especially in Germany. As a result, Muslim households, their children in school, Muslim readers and those interested in Islam in general, and not least academic circles, have an increased interest in German-language literature about or on Islam. The Turkish Islamic Union (DITIB), which recognized this need in good time, founded the Ditib publishing house under the umbrella of its affiliated Center for Social Support (ZSU).
The Ditib publishing house is aware of the social challenges of our time and the expectations placed on it. In order to offer German-speaking Muslims and those interested in Islam German-language literature, it publishes not only the works produced in the Publications Department of the DITIB Academy, but also the works of the Translation and Edition Department of the ZSU.
The Ditib publishing house strives to offer children, young people and adults trustworthy German-language sources on Islam that are based on authentic sources. The publishing program is continually being expanded.
