1. Order & Shipping
How do I order a book from your online shop?
Visit the product page of the book you want, add it to your shopping cart and follow the checkout steps.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on your location. It is usually 2-5 business days. You will receive more detailed information during checkout.
How much are the shipping costs?
Delivery is mainly within Germany and throughout Europe. Shipping costs are a flat rate and include VAT. We do not charge shipping costs for orders over 45 euros (within Germany).
- Domestic deliveries (Germany), insured, with shipment tracking, duration approx. 2-5 working days : 5.00 €
- Domestic goods mail (Germany), not insured, with shipment tracking, duration approx. 3-6 working days : 3.85 €
- Deliveries abroad, insured, with tracking, duration approx. 4-12 working days : 15.99 €
- Voucher (sent by email), processing approx. 1-24 hours (on working days) : free of charge
Can I change or cancel my order later?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we also ship abroad.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, Klarna and many other common payment methods.
Is the payment secure?
Yes, we use encrypted connections and trusted payment providers to protect your data.
Will I receive an invoice?
- After completing your order you will receive an invoice by email.
3. Products & Availability
Are all books available for immediate delivery?
Availability is shown on the product page. If a book is out of stock, you can be notified as soon as it is available again. All you need to do is enter your email address to check availability.
Do you also offer used books?
Currently we only sell new books.
Can I reserve a book that is coming out soon?
Yes, we offer pre-orders for select new releases.
4. Return & Exchange
Can I return a book if I don't like it?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of return. The book must be in unused condition. For further details, please see our returns policy.
What do I do if my book arrives damaged?
Contact our customer service with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Vouchers & Discounts
How do I redeem a voucher?
Enter the voucher code at checkout before completing the order.
Do you regularly offer discounts or special promotions?
Yes, we inform you about discounts and promotions in our newsletter and on the website.
6. Wish lists & book requests
How does the wish list work?
With the wish list you can save your favorite books and receive notifications about price drops or availability.
What is the book request service?
If a book is missing from our shop, you can let us know what you want. Our team will check whether we can add it to our range.
