Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is mainly within Germany and throughout Europe. Shipping costs are a flat rate and include VAT. We do not charge shipping costs for orders over 45 euros (within Germany).

Domestic deliveries (Germany), insured, with tracking, duration approx. 2-5 working days : 5.00 €
domestic goods mail (Germany), not insured, with tracking, duration approx. 3-6 working days : 3.85 €
deliveries abroad, insured, with tracking, duration approx. 4-12 working days : 15,99 €
voucher (sent by email), Processing approx. 1-24 hours (on working days) : for free

delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 2 - 5 days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 10 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

If you pick up the goods yourself, we will inform you by email or telephone about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
